Information about enrolment - ETSE information session
Bachelor's degree enrolment begins on 12 July (and in September on the 5th). You will be sent specific information by the Campus Academic Management Office, but you can also consult the general information.
Before enrolling, you are advised to consult the Educational Guide where you can find all the subjects on the curricula of each degree programme and related information.
On 11 July at 10 a.m., there will be an online information session on the class groups for lectures, problem solving and practicals of each subject, except for the Degree in Mathematical Engineering and Physics and the double degrees, which only have one registration group, so students cannot choose between different groups. This session should make it easier for you to draw up your schedule and therefore help you to enrol in the right lecture group. Each degree or group of degrees will have a different online room that will be operational on July 11.
Basically, what will be discussed is what will be explained to you the schedules that you have available on the website [SCHEDULES] , so that you can enroll in the best possible way.
Online rooms for the information session
The links to the rooms will be announced on 13 July at 9 a.m.
For any questions or clarifications, please contact the Sescelades Campus Secretariat for Academic Management, registration unit: matricula.scs(ELIMINAR)@urv.cat

Synthesis classes
From 03 to 10 September (both inclusive) we hold what we call synthesis classes (or Course zero), which aims to consolidate your understanding of Mathematics and Physics from your previous stage of education. These classes do not involve any additional cost to the registration and it is not compulsory to attend.
Who do we recommend to attend the synthesis classes?
- All students who have completed training cycles.
- All students who have NOT taken the subject in upper secondary education.
- All students who did not take the university entrance examination in the subject.
- All students who got a grade of 5 or below in the university entrance examination.
- All students who have studied Mathematics Applied to Social Sciences are advised to take the course zero in mathematics
Approximately one day after you have enrolled you will be able to access the URV Virtual Campus with the institutional username and password you have been assigned. There you will find the two zERO COURSE spaces, which will give you all the information you need about these courses.
The schedule and rooms for these classes depend on the degree in which you have enrolled:

Academic tutoring
The tutor is a faculty/school lecturer who gives you continuous support while you are a student here, so that you can respond to the problems and needs of university life.
Your tutor is assigned a few days after you enrol and will remain the same for as long as you are on the programme. After enrolment, you will be given access to the Virtual Campus, where you will be able to access the subject material, and also to the Academic Tutoring space so that you can interact with your tutor.
You will find the contact details of your tutor in the tutorial area of the Virtual Campus and on the website of your department:
The first tutorial session will be held on Induction Day. The tutor will explain the usefulness of tutorials while you are studying at the University and give you an annual schedule. You will also be able to consult any doubts you may have about the ETSE degree programmes, the Campus, classrooms and laboratories, the services offered by the URV, continuous assessment, etc. There will usually be three tutorial sessions during the year: at the beginning, at the end of the first semester and at the end of the year. In addition to these sessions, you can contact the tutor at any time you need to. During the degree, you can use the tutoring sessions to discuss topics such as optional subjects, mobility abroad, internships, the Bachelor's Degree Thesis, etc.
You can find more information about tutories here.

Start of classes
Classes for first-year subjects will begin on 12 September. All the information that the teaching staff believes to be important will be uploaded to the subject on the Virtual Campus.
It is very important that you read this information before the start of the course because, for example, you may be asked to choose a timetable for problem-solving sessions or laboratory practicals.
