All activities are performed according to the Quality manual of the Center, which is based on a strategy that combines human resources with the technical means to obtain:

  • The promotion of continuous improvement activities.
  • Optimisation of marketing and commercial activities.
  • Optimisation of available resources.
  • The confidentiality of the projects.
  • The implementation of activities for the respecting of the environment.

The CITEE has achieved accreditation of quality action part according to the model based on the UNE-EN-ISO 9001 and the European Model of Total Quality Management - EFQM.
